Leader Attends the 35th Tehran International Book Fair

Every year in May, Tehran hosts the Tehran International Book Fair. The first edition of the international cultural exhibition was held in 1988, with 16,000 book titles on display. After 34 consecutive editions, the cultural event has become a landmark, historic book fair in the Middle East and Asia.

The fair attracts millions of people each year, including hundreds of university students, academics, and their families. The event is today considered Iran's most significant cultural event.

The 35th Tehran International Book Fair is slated for May 8th to May 18th, 2024, in Tehran's Grand Mosalla Mosque.
